Lisa Durgin is the Owner-Broker of Edwards Realty, Inc. in Cocoa Beach. She has been practicing real estate in the Cocoa Beach area since 1988. Prior to getting her real estate license, she worked with her husband building homes in southern Maine. In 1980, they both decided that it was time to leave the snow behind and find the sunshine. They decided, after looking throughout the state, that Cocoa Beach offered all that they were looking for: sunshine, beautiful beaches and a quiet piece of paradise.

Lisa has been actively involved with the Space Coast Association of Realtors for the past ten years, serving on various committees and in many leadership positions.

Both herself and the staff at Edwards Realty, Inc. work hard for their clients. She is proud of the reputation that her company has acquired of the years. You will find her and her staff to be dedicated to every detail of keeping the client happy and informed.
